    About the Moderator:

    John Bernatovicz is a husband, father, brother, entrepreneur, and lifelong Northeast Ohioan. He has been married to his wife, Emily, for twenty-five years. He is the proud father of Will and Mallory. John was an Academic All-American in golf at Kent State University and began his professional career at ADP. 

    Over the last twenty years, he has started or been an owner in six ventures. He currently is the president and founder of Willory, a staffing and consulting firm focused on HR & payroll. The firm helps clients find top talent for HR & payroll direct hire and temporary roles along with providing HR & payroll advisory and HR technology consulting services. In addition, John is the majority owner of Centsible Water, Ohio’s premier reverse osmosis water vending company. As well, he partnered to help start the first ever fractional sales management, sales training, and sales search firm, Keylan Management Group. 

    John is a keynote speaker and consistently dazzles attendees with the positive business impact that HR can have on employees, businesses, and communities. He has spoken at hundreds of events and conferences. You can find John on his weekly podcast, HR Like a Boss, available on all popular podcast platforms.   John loves to golf, coach sports, and root for Cleveland sports teams.

     About the Panelists:

    Lauren Rudman is a seasoned HR professional with expertise in human resource guidance, coaching, talent management, performance management, succession planning, training, employee development, talent acquisition, employee relations, employee communication, and compensation. She is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources and Training at GNCO, Inc., a material handling holding company with 850 employees with 12 operating companies under her leadership. Lauren is active in the Cleveland non-profit community as she previously served as the Board Chair of the Cleveland State University Alumni Association and President of the Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management (CSHRM). She is also the founder of DisruptHRcle in Cleveland. 

    Tim Sackett, SHRM-SCP is the CEO of HRUTech.com a leading technical recruiting firm. Tim has over 20 plus years of combined Executive HR and Talent Acquisition experience, working for Fortune 500 companies and he has his master’s degree in HR Management. Tim is a highly sought-after international speaker on leadership, HR &TA Tech, talent acquisition and HR execution. Tim is currently a Senior Faculty member with the Josh Bersin Academy.   Tim is the author of the best-selling SHRM published book, “The Talent Fix: A Leader’s Guide to Recruiting Great Talent”. He also writes every day at his blog the Tim Sackett Project. He also does a weekly podcast called HR Famous . Tim is married to a hall of fame wife, has three sons, and his dogs Scout and Tucker. In 2023, he was named a Top Global HR & Recruitment Influencer by HR Executive. He has more Twitter followers than his 3 GenZ sons and is sponsored on stage by diet Mt. Dew. 

    George Sample is a Cleveland native who graduated from John Hay High School. George proceeded to John Carroll University, where graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He later returned to John Carroll to earn his MBA.  George is a Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland where he leads their Strategy & Bank Performance department. Prior to joining the Bank, George served as the Director of Human Resources for the Cuyahoga County Public Library. Before that, George served in Human Resources Manager roles at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District and The Lubrizol Corporation.  George serves on the Board of Directors for John Carroll University, United Way of Greater Cleveland, and the Cuyahoga County Public Library Foundation. George resides in Strongsville with his wife Tanya and duaghters Jordan and AJ. He coaches travel soccor and plays basketball.
