About the Presentation: This month we welcome Jennifer Mackin, Owner of Mackin Compensation Consulting in Avon Lake, Ohio. In this presentation, Jennifer will share how organizations can employ several approaches to strengthen the link between pay and job performance. Are your performance assessment, award payouts, and communications aligned and sequenced to facilitate organizational performance? Are your employees motivated to maximize performance? Do your employees understand how to maximize their earnings at the same time? Are your performance messages consistent with the above? Jennifer will share how organizations map out all things performance to ensure efficient integration that aligns to achieving both the organization and employee goals. Questions and dialogue are always welcome!
