Reatining a Qualified Workforce Part I - Aging into a Disability
Description: Employee retention is a concern for many employers. This webinar highlights best practices to retain a qualified aging workforce and ways to accommodate age-related disabilities at work. Employers will learn how to determine whether an age-related condition is a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act and help identify strategies for fostering a workplace culture that is inclusive of an aging workforce. Age-related limitations and examples of reasonable accommodations at work will also be shared.
