    Attracting and Hiring Top Talent in a Tight Labor Market 

    About the Presentation: This month we welcome Clark Harvey, President of Arrowhead Talent Solutions, an executive search and human resources consulting firm in North Canton, Ohio. In this presentation, Clark will share strategies and tactics organizations can employ to fill critical positions when qualified candidates are especially hard to find. He will share some of the most common mistakes employers make when hiring and what some of the best ones do too. Questions and dialogue are always welcome!   

    About the Presenter: Clark works with organizations to source top talent for high-impact positions; provides talent acquisition & human resources consulting; and helps job-seekers on a variety of topics, including resume writing, interviewing, LinkedIn, job search strategies, personal productivity, and more.  He is also the Executive Director of Brighter Days Foundation, a non-profit partnering with local charities to deliver high quality programs and services and serves on a variety of boards serving the community, including:

    • Mercy Hospital Development Foundation
    • Foundation 59
    • North Canton Area Chamber of Commerce

    Previously, Clark served in a variety of human resources management and talent acquisition roles at The Timken Company, Diebold Nixdorf, Kenan Advantage Group, and others.

    Clark earned a bachelor’s degree in corporate communication and a master’s degree in school counseling from Walsh University. He lives in North Canton with his wife, Tara, and their 3 children.
