Encore Event February 7th for PCHRA Lunch and Learn Series of January 17th

Thank you for your interest in participating in this month's Lunch and Learn Series.  Although this is a free online event, registration is required. 

To register, please complete the top of the form below with your contact information and membership status. If you are interested in bringing a friend or two, please let us know by providing their information in the friend's section.  For in-person events and complete the dietary section.  If you would like, you can ask a question our speaker can address.  Once you have completed the form select submit. Don't forget about the CAPTCHA. 

Upon successful submission, another screen will open and you will receive a "thank you" notification. Your registration will be confirmed via a google calendar invitation containing the meeting link.  This will be sent from <portagecountySHRM@gmail.com> closer to the date of the event.  

Another note:  When you auto-fill the form, you automatically add yourself as a "friend" - which you can delete from the friend field.
