January 15th Meeting

    Thank you for your interest in participating in the Emergency Preparedness meeting on January 15th.

    Cost of Meeting

    $15 Members | $20 Non-members | $10 Students and In-transition members 

    Please submit your information below. Upon a successful submission, you will be brought to another screen and receive a thank you notification.

    You will also be given the option to PAY ONLINE via paypal which accepts all major credit cards. You can also pay at the meeting with cash or check made payable to Portage County Human Resources Association.

    Cancellations made after noon on January 8th (last possible day/time to register) will be charged for the cost of the lunch and meeting.

    Your RSVP will also be confirmed via email. You will receive a copy of the information that you have submitted to us below.
