September 23rd Emerging Mental Health Issues in the Workplace

    Cost of Meeting

    $15 Members, $15 Non-Members, $15 Students, $15 In-Transition

    Funds will be applied toward a scholarship for a student studying an HR-related field.

    Please submit your information below. Upon a successful submission, you will be brought to another screen and receive a thank you notification.

    If payment is required, you will also be given the option to PAY ONLINE via paypal which accepts all major credit cards. You can also pay with a check or money order made out to Portage County Human Resources Association.

    Cancellations made after noon on September 21st (last possible day/time to register) will be charged for the cost of the lunch and meeting.
