September 16th Economic Update from the DOL

    Thank you for your interest in participating in the FMLA Meeting on November 18, 2020.

    Cost of Meeting

    $10 Members, $10 Non-Members, $10 Students, $10 In-Transition

    Funds will be applied toward a scholarship for a student studying an HR-related field.

    Please submit your information below. Upon a successful submission, you will be brought to another screen and receive a thank you notification.

    If payment is required, you will also be given the option to PAY ONLINE via paypal which accepts all major credit cards. You can also pay with a check or money order made out to Portage County Human Resources Association.

    Cancellations made after noon on September 11th (last possible day/time to register) will be charged for the cost of the lunch and meeting.

    Your RSVP will also be confirmed via email. You will receive a copy of the information that you have submitted to us below.
