    ABOUT THE EVENT:  This is part of our PCHRA 2024 Health and Safety Learning Series. We are partnering with the Portage County Safety Council to provide business owners, HR and Health & Safety professionals an understanding of the 2024 OSHA regulations and  procedures.  

     Objectives of this Session:

    For this event, participants can learn and earn 1 SHRM PDC.

    ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Kevin Mowers, President of Extended Management, Inc, a franchise of Crestcom International, has more than 20 years experience working in organizational and leadership development, with a focus on conflict resolution and restorative justice.  He holds a Master of Science in Psychology focusing on Organizational Behavior and Human Development and has held various roles in higher education, including the Director of Residence Life at Kent State University, managing 200 employees and a $20 million budget.

    Kevin is a nationally lectured, presented and facilitated discussions at national conferences on topics such as Restorative Justice, Social Justice, Organizational Development, and Leadership Development Theory and is a contributing author to "The Little Book of Restorative Justice for Colleges and Universities" by David R. Karp.
